allystep is an energy-industry collaboration platform operated by ZERAI TECH SDN. BHD. Access to maps, industry knowledge and other features depends on the permissions and services available to your account.
Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your account and using the platform lawfully. Do not seek unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misrepresent the information you provide, or reproduce substantial protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
Industry information
Maps and industry materials help users understand facilities and industry pathways. Sources, dates and verification status are shown where available. Information may be incomplete or change; it should be checked for the specific purpose before project, investment, engineering or procurement decisions.
Enquiries and commissioned services
Submitting an enquiry or preferred meeting time does not itself establish a paid order, confirm a meeting or guarantee a response by a particular time. The scope, fees, deliverables and any contract for specific work are agreed separately. Services may be delivered through the platform or another agreed channel.
Subscriptions and third parties
Paid services and recurring subscriptions will be presented with their applicable terms before purchase. Third-party services and links are governed by their own notices and terms.
Subscription pricing and renewal
When subscriptions are available, the plans are MYR150 per month or MYR1,500 per year. The checkout page shows the price and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment. There is no free trial. The paid period starts after successful payment and renews automatically for the selected period. You can cancel the next renewal before the next charge; access continues through the paid period.
