Information we receive
When you use Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address, name and Google account identifier to create or identify your allystep account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages for sign-in. Depending on the features you use, you may also provide a company name, role, business interests, enquiries, meeting preferences, feedback or feedback images. Account and service records, map access counts, session identifiers and technical information may be generated when you use the platform.
How we use information
We use these details to authenticate accounts, administer access, show your own records, respond to enquiries and feedback, manage agreed work and maintain service security. Required fields are indicated in the relevant form; if a required field is not supplied, that function may not be available. Providing other information is optional.
Who may receive information
Authorised ZERAI TECH personnel may access information as needed for their responsibilities. Exabytes provides hosting. Google processes information necessary for sign-in and, when loaded, Google Maps. If you choose to pay through Stripe, Stripe processes information needed for checkout, payment methods and billing; we receive transaction status and billing information needed to manage your subscription and access. Professional advisers, service providers or project participants may receive relevant information where needed for an agreed engagement, with appropriate authorisation or where required by law.
Cookies and overseas processing
The platform uses session technology for sign-in and security, and browser storage for preferences such as language. Service providers may process information outside Malaysia. Contact us if you have questions about a particular processing arrangement.
Retention and deletion requests
Account information is used to provide and administer your account. We may retain relevant information for service, business, accounting and legal purposes. You may contact info@zeraitech.com to ask about retention and backups, or to request deletion of personal information associated with your account.
