START FROM YOUR BUSINESS

What do you need to decide?

Feedstock & facility owners

Do you have feedstock, or an existing biogas facility?

Feedstock only: explore uses, participation options, and the investment and responsibilities each would involve.

Existing biogas facility: discuss higher output, upgrading and the conditions for modifying the current operation.

Investment, feedstock supply, technology partnerships and product procurement can be discussed directly by email without membership. Specific research, introductions or execution are agreed separately.

INCLUDED READING & OUTPUT SCOPE

Understand the guide and commissioned outputs.

The designated bilingual guide is included after membership activation. The summaries below describe possible commissioned output formats; they are not project conclusions.

ZERAI TECH · allystep

Biomass Utilisation and Partnership Guide for Malaysia

A general guide for feedstock owners: resources and technology, existing facilities, cooperation structures, responsibilities and information to prepare. It is distinct from a commissioned project assessment.

ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE01

A palm oil mill's utilisation options

“How should we assess our palm oil mill effluent (POME) and empty fruit bunches (EFB)?”

Assessment
Review each feedstock separately, then compare current uses, on-site energy needs and possible external product markets.
Output
A route comparison showing the conditions for each option, the owner's role and the questions that affect the decision.
Still to establish
Feedstock condition and availability, site constraints, process maturity, product acceptance and commercial terms.
ILLUSTRATIVE SAMPLE02

A supplier's market-entry position

“Where could our equipment fit in Malaysia's biomethane value chain?”

Assessment
Map the product's application, potential buyer roles, procurement requirements and local service responsibilities.
Output
A market-entry brief with relevant segments, source-backed observations and a practical validation sequence.
Still to establish
Product evidence, local requirements, buyer interest, supplier qualification and installation or service arrangements.

THE WHOLE VALUE CHAIN

Follow the material, the product and the money.

  1. 01FeedstockSupply & existing use
  2. 02TechnologyRoute & site fit
  3. 03Product formQuality & processing
  4. 04Trade & logisticsDelivery & terms
  5. 05End useDemand & acceptance

Start with the material you can supply, follow each product to its customer, then establish each party’s responsibilities and settlement basis.

Current services and the designated guide focus on biomass resource recovery and energy use, including biomethane and Malaysia’s oil palm industry. Environmental resource and energy recovery and other energy solutions are areas for gradual expansion; the current RM300 and RM600 service scopes stay as stated.

How specialist support is arranged

ZERAI TECH agrees the research and coordination scope for each engagement. Where specialist technical or local execution input is needed, the relevant parties and responsibilities are confirmed separately.

WHY USE allystep

Connect industry knowledge to your decision.

01

Malaysia as the starting point

Read sourced industry references and a bilingual owner guide, then define a research question for the market and location that matter to you.

02

Technical and commercial questions together

Follow feedstock through conversion, product quality, transport and customer acceptance, alongside responsibilities and settlement.

03

An output you can use for the next discussion

Use a scoped comparison, evidence checklist and proposed next steps in discussions with colleagues, technical partners or potential counterparties.

WHAT YOU CAN COMMISSION

Before you commission the work

How is this different from asking a general AI?

allystep provides a prepared industry structure, source references and consulting outputs focused on responsibilities and commercial conditions. A general AI can also help with research; compare our sample and scope against your actual decision before commissioning work.

Do I receive a project or supplier contact database?

No database is included in the listed services. Any specific introduction, authorised disclosure or further coordination is agreed separately.

How are invoicing, cancellation and revisions handled?

Agree the billing entity, invoice requirements, payment stages, cancellation terms and revision scope in the written proposal before payment. The website does not currently generate invoices or refunds automatically.

REQUEST A SCOPE & QUOTE

Describe your objective and provide a way to contact you. We will assess whether we can help and confirm the scope, fee and delivery arrangements for paid work. Use the separate project-cooperation contact for investment, supply or procurement proposals.

WORKING WITH ZERAI TECH

Agree the responsibilities before further project work.

Each deliverable sets out its evidence, reasoning and scope. Research outputs support the next discussion; project development requires agreement on the parties, tasks and responsibilities.

Design, engineering, operations, investment and supplier representation are agreed for each project. An introduction is arranged only when the relevant parties and disclosure scope are confirmed.
